OwndaysHub – Terms and Conditions of Use
- Purpose. OwndaysHub is OWNDAYS’ internal portal for employee training, company news, and internal promotions. By logging in, you agree to these Terms.
- Access. Use is limited to authorized OWNDAYS employees and staff. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.
- Permitted Use. You may use OwndaysHub to complete training, view company announcements, and access internal promotion/staff-benefit information.
- Confidentiality. All content is for internal use only. Do not copy, screenshot, or share content outside OWNDAYS (including on personal social media) without permission.
- Prohibited Conduct. Do not misuse the platform for unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to bypass account security.
- Promotions. Internal promotions and staff-purchase benefits are subject to their own program terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Misuse may result in disciplinary action.
- Intellectual Property. All training materials and content belong to OWNDAYS and may not be reproduced without consent.
- Monitoring. OWNDAYS may monitor usage for security and compliance purposes, in line with company data protection policy.
- Disclaimer. Content is provided “as is”; verify important details against official sources before relying on them.
- Changes. These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
